To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Respond to communications and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure you have the rights to all content and materials you provide to us.

3. Payment Terms

Project fees, payment schedules, and accepted methods will be specified in your individual proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work commences. Invoices are typically due within 7 days of issue.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website and custom deliverables transfers to you, excluding any third-party materials, open-source components, or tools used in the project. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions and Approvals

The number of revision rounds included in your project will be specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bold Brand Building shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms or the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
