• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage data collected automatically when you visit our site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes or proposals.
• Deliver and manage the web design and development services you engage us for.
• Work out your AI Opportunity Score and suggest ways AI could help your business.
• Follow up with you about your score or enquiry if you've given us your contact details.
• Improve our website, services, and customer experience.
• Send you relevant updates or marketing communications (only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers (such as hosting providers or analytics tools) who assist us in operating our business, provided they agree to keep your information confidential.

To create your AI Opportunity Score, the website address or business description you enter is sent to a third-party AI service, which analyses it and returns your results. If you enter a website address, the AI service may also look up publicly available information about your business online. We don't send your name, email, or phone number to that service.

Some of our service providers (including our website hosting, email, and AI providers) may store or process your information outside Australia, such as in the United States. We choose providers that take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep enquiries, AI Opportunity Score details, and contact details for up to 2 years from our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep your records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. After that, we securely delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

We don't use advertising pixels or third-party tracking tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. Our website platform uses basic, built-in analytics to count page visits and keep the site working, and your browser may store small amounts of data (cookies or local storage) needed for the site to run. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly as a result.
